The Thought That I Never Thought

Who would have thought

That this can be true?

That love could be possible

Between me and you.

I never would have thought,

That it could be you,

The one that I am looking for

and can make my dreams come true.

Who would have thought,

That it can be real?

We both have the feelings

We described as surreal.

I never would have thought,

That you can make me smile

Even when the feeling

Just lasted for a while.

Who would have thought,

That it will be that fast?

The dreams that we made

Can never ever last.

I never would have thought,

That you made my tears fall,

In Just a simple ignore

Like not answering my call.

Who would have thought,

How you had broken my heart?

When you walk out the door,

My world suddenly fell apart.

I never would have thought,

That I’ll be hurt this bad,

Even the word moving on

I am taking so hard.

A Broken Heart

How do I mend a broken heart?

If my entire world  has fallen apart.

How do I find hope In a brand new day,
when the one I love has gone away?
My mind overflows with memories of you,
of all that we've shared, all that we knew.

I long for your touch and your warm embrace,
the look in your eyes, the smile on your face.

My dreams are filled with your soft gentle kiss,
I wake and cry for all that I miss.

How do I mend a broken heart,
When my one true love and I, are apart?

My heart knows to love only you,

It won't let go, what do I do?

Our moments together were precious and few,
but I cherished them all more than you knew.

I told you how I felt

But you turned the other cheek
I was basically rejected
I feel so small, so very weak

I'm not gonna let you in
I'm not gonna let you see my tears fall
I'm not gonna let you see me hurt
I'm not gonna let you bring me down most of all

I told you how I felt
Because I wanted you to know
But apparently you would never feel the same
So I guess its time for me to go
